The Pierce Raiders welcomed the Green River Gators in West Region play on Friday. Pierce made quick work of Green River in the three-set match by outscoring them 75-51 (Box Score). The Raiders have now improved their West Region record to 2-1 while standing 9-10 overall on the season.
Abby Draghici had another stellar performance leading the team in both kills (10) and digs (14). Addie Downs delivered 9 kills for the Raiders, while Raedyn Goudreau led the setters with 20 assists. Illasia Bennett and Sway Leia both assisted in defence with digs by talling 13 and 12, respectively.
The Raiders will travel across town on Friday to Tacoma Community College to take on the Titans at 7:00pm.
