The Pierce Raiders faced another tough loss this week, falling to the Centralia Trailblazers with a score of 2-0. Pierce was unable to answer back from two goals scored in the first half of the game. The Raiders are now 5-4-1 in the NWAC West Region and 7-5-1 overall.
Five Raiders each had one shot-on-goal, including, Bella Atkinson, Marissa Young, Ashlyn Kennedy, Bianca Passig, and Laila Peterson. Regina Garay recorded two shots on frame. Rylee Kline led the goalkeepers with 2 saves out of 4 shots-on-goal.
The Raiders, who are hoping to secure a spot in the NWAC West Region playoffs this year, will take on Green River at home on Saturday. Game time is scheduled for 12:00pm.
