The Pierce Raiders traveled down to Vancouver to take on the Clark Penguins on Wednesday. The match marked the first game of West Region conference play for the Raiders, who lost with a score of 3-1. The Raiders overall record dropped to 2-2-0.
Marissa Young was the only Raider to score on the day with an unassisted goal in the 62nd minute, and tallied a total of two shots-on-goal. Five other Raiders each contributed one shot-on-goal, including, Bella Atkinson, Regina Garay, Madison Ryneski, Bianca Passig, and Anna Scheidt. Rylee Kline lead the goalkeepers with 7 saves.
