The visiting Raiders put up a fight against the Lower Columbia Red Devils early on in Friday night's match but came up short of a win. Pierce won the first match of the night with a score of 25-21, but was unable to stop the Red Devil offense. Pierce falls to 10-12 overall and 4-3 in the West Region.
The offensive team was led by Abby Draghici as she dominated with 14 kills. Abby also fashioned 4 service aces, and had 12 digs. Sway Leia put in work with 8 kills, and Addie Downs added 7 kills. Brea Walker led the Raiders in digs with 17, while Illasia Bennett had 12, and Raedyn Goudreau had 11.
The Raiders are back home on Wednesday to take on South Puget Sound. Game time is set for 6:30pm.
