Raiders Featured Athlete - Anastasiia Lemesh, Cross Country

Anastasiia continued her strong performance in the early stages of the Fall XC season by placing as the #2 NWAC runner (14^th overall) at last Saturday’s John Payne Invite, hosted at Chamber’s Creek Regional Park, in University Place.  Lemesh, who was the #3 community college runner at the Pacific Lutheran University Invitational on September 17, continues to lead the way for the Raiders this season.  Her time in Saturday’s 5K run was 20:58.5, just 26 seconds behind Whatcom’s Izabelle Anderson.
