Raiders Unable to Keep Up with Red Devils

The Raiders dropped Saturday evening’s game against the Lower Columbia Red Devils with a score of 89-61. In their last meeting, the Raiders fell to the Red Devils in the final seconds by a score of 67-66. Saturday’s loss ends the Raiders five game win-streak, moving their overall record to 14-11 and 6-4 in the West Region. The Raiders currently sit in third place in the West Region standings, leading South Puget Sound and Tacoma each by one game.

Will Green led the Raiders in points with a total of 15. Green also had a team-leading four steals, four defensive rebounds, two assists, and one block.

Iv’rson Lavizzo provided 13 points, grabbed three defensive rebounds, and provided two steals for the Raiders.

Nymier Brooks added eight points and eight rebounds for the Raiders, as well as two assists and one steal.

The Raiders take on Green River at home on Wednesday night. Game time is set for 7:30pm.
