Raiders Unable to Keep Up with Clippers Offense

The Pierce Raiders hosted the South Puget Sound Clippers on Saturday, where the Raiders were unable to keep up with a hot offense from South Puget Sound. The Clippers defeated the Raiders by a score of 82-68, dropping the Raiders overall record to 11-17 and 5-8 in West Region play. Prior to the start of the game the Raiders honored their seven sophomores: Cameron Williams, Mason Panelo, Keelen Allen, Jeshua Hardie, Darius Henderson, Donnelle Irvin, and Christian Ballah.

Darius Henderson led the Raiders on offense with 15 points, followed by Keelen Allen who scored 14 points in the game. Donnelle Irvin and Christian Ballah each provided nine points for the Raiders, and Cameron Williams and Nate Hosannah scored seven points apiece.

The Raiders will close out the 23-24 season against Centralia College on Wednesday, February 28th at 7:00pm.
