The Pierce College Raiders men’s soccer team put up a strong fight against the Centralia Trailblazers but ultimately fell 2-1.
After Centralia took the lead in the first half, Diego Barton scored the equalizer for the Raiders in the 65th minute on an assist from Luis Luna. The Trailblazers later regained the lead, holding off Pierce’s efforts for the remainder of the match.
Gavin Nail led the Raiders with two shots on goal, and Aerius Enyart added one shot on frame. Goalkeeper Jake Jenner recorded four saves in the contest.
