Raiders Fall in Close Contest Against Whatcom

On Day Two of the North Region Invite, Pierce faced off against Whatcom and fell in straight sets (13–25, 24–26, 20–25) in a tightly contested match.

Jaelynn Gross continued her strong weekend with 13 kills and 7 digs, while Fiona Mallory added 2 kills, 1 assist, 1 service ace, and 6 digs. Audrey Fries contributed 2 kills, 1 dig, and a solo block, and Janaila Roeurth served up 2 aces along with 1 kill and 4 digs.

Though the Raiders battled through close sets, Whatcom was able to edge out the win and hand Pierce their second loss of the tournament.
