WHAT OR WHO INSPIRED ME TO COMPETE IN WOMEN'S CROSS COUNTRY:

My friends! I played high school soccer and all of my friends did cross country and they all convinced me my senior year to run on the cross country team!

MY GAME DAY REGIMEN:

I like to get up pretty early, do some light stretches, eat, drink etc. On the way to the game/meet, I like to listen to rock music to get me pumped! 

MY MOTIVATION:

My family. They always push me to do better and they're supportive.

Honestly, I run. Besides that though, a big group of my friends and I get together and play Spikeball. We're pretty good at it too!
